My team was tasked with developing a high-fidelity proof of concept Digital Asset Management tool in two weeks.
We audited existing tools, gathered inspiration, quickly designed solutions, and facilitated user validation sessions.
The final designs were delivered and the project is in the development stage.

Challenge | The Digital Asset Management team needed to better understand customer needs to inform their product roadmap.
Process | My UX team facilitated interviews and user validation sessions, in order to identify customers’ working styles, tools, needs, and challenges.
Result | We created personas, which allowed the Digital Asset Management team to prioritize their feature development.
Audit and conduct usability testing of existing Digital Asset Management tool. Detail the findings and create a proof of concept solution for improving the user experience.
